Input Number component does not accept negative decimal values

Try to input a negative number, with a "." as decimal separator.

Expected results (期望的结果)

I can input negative decimal numbers without problems.

Actual results (实际的结果)

If I start the input with a minus It won't work, the "." won't show up in the input field. It will only work if you enter a positive number and add a minus afterwards.
