Handling Spectrogram output for short audio clips

By default, if a clip is less than the length to trigger a horizontal scroll wheel, it stretches out the spectrogram which gives a warped spectrogram making the frequency range hard to decipher. I think it would be preferred that it simply concatenates the spectrogram visual and covers the "dead" area with some visual and keep the whole, unstretched spectrogram on the left.
