Download data (ERA5) error

Hello,
When I try to run the following codes as an example:

import supy as sp
sp.util.gen_forcing_era5(20, 20, '2020-12-01', '2020-12-02', dir_save='.')

I met the following issue. It seems different from the previous questions for ERA5 downloading.
How deal with this?
