Update instructions to tell which repo to merge to for the PR

The way GitHub Classroom is generating an upstream repo makes it so that the upstream repo is the default for where we claim to want to merge. Students need to select the intro-to-git-everyone repo in order for things to work right (for there to be reviewers, etc.).
