I tried to make these flexible while also storying useful default values.

aws_upload.py is for uploading directories or files to our input bucket, but it also creates the input and output directories as well.

aws_download.py is for downloading the contents of a directory to local storage.

My apologies. I'm converting this to draft.

The aws_download.py doesn't download recursively with the correct file structure, and I'd like to fix that.

Also, there doesn't seem to a be a way to avoid the warnings from aws_upload.py. What worked for me on a Friday afternoon, did not work this morning. I think I'm going to give up on uploading using concurrent.futures and instead upload files one at a time.
