[BUG] Crash on Team Member Add #55

Description
The web application crashes when a team member is added and the country code is not specified.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the Team Member page
Click on Add Member
Fill out the fields; however, in the Phone Number field, DO NOT include the country code.
See error

Expected behavior
This error in parsing should be handled and request the user to insert a country code or default to +1
