内容

docker経由でVOICEVOXを使う際、利用規約があることに気づけない可能性が高そうなので、最初に利用規約を表示したいです。
今まではコアの利用規約を表示していましたが、エンジン専用の規約を作って表示できればと思います。

わかりやすくなる

実現方法

voicevox_resourceリポジトリに足し、ビルド時に含めるようにする
