It is a classifieds website that exposes the item price as "g-core:price$$$</g-core:price>". Rather than ask specifically for "g-core:price" to be added as a tag, can the custom XML schema notations be specified as a variable tag name for use with Vienna's custom style sheets? (thereby freeing developers from having to entertain future tag requests)?

Would like the ability to specify variable tag names found in the custom XML schemas of different feeds. The example I have is from this feed:
