Extends the Co-Authors Plus plugin with extensible roles. Allows for adding
contributors in multiple roles - "additional reporting", "photography"...

== Description ==

The "Co-Authors Plus" plugin is widely used in newsrooms that need to be able
to credit multiple bylines on an article. This plugin extends upon that by
allowing "roles" that you can assign each of the co-authors on a post to.

1. Upload the plugin directory to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
