Weblate memory usage seems to grow over years and it should be investigated.

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Run Weblate
  2. Observe memory usage

https://github.com/otsaloma/gaupol/releases/tag/1.15 is out without chardet dependency, this is probably the best we can get for now.
