When opening the material library via the sample material selection dropdown, the browser will 'hang' for about 5 seconds before opening. This behavior is not present when opening via the material library button.

Can confirm, still an issue in 3fe880f at the very least.

On the plus side, it doesn't affect any functionality, just a strange outlier in terms of UI responsiveness....
