Download personal data doesn't download the data

Current Behavior:

Right now when the user clicks on Download personal data in their profile, it opens the data in the browser only.

Desired Behavior:

We can add an option to download it as a .json file and another one to view it in the browser only

@ragesoss I am willing to work on this issue.
To proceed with it further which approach should I follow ,
letting the user download the json file
or letting user download the .csv file for it
or popping up a modal to show it in the browser itself

I guess CSV is probably the most useful format for most users.
