Is it possible to make the toolbar icon always visible? i hate hovering over it accidentally

Alternatively maybe there could be a shortcut to open it without it being accessible otherwise (the current option just enables or disables it being active on hover? unless im wrong)

Alternatively alternatively maybe even just a shortcut to open up the opacity settings as that’s the only thing I can’t change without the toolbar.
