Gutenberg Dev Doc: Fix Markdown formatting within HTML div tag

Issue Description

I addressed Gutenberg doc issue 32929.The updated content includes an alert callout, which, according to Gutenberg doc standard for Callout notices, “The recommended way to implement in markdown is to use the raw HTML and callout callout-LEVEL classes”. In the generated production doc, this resulted in Markdown formatting being ignored within the HTML div tag.

Why is this a problem?

Markdown inline code and code block formatting ignored.

Put a line space after opening div and before closing div:

This issue is no longer applicable, due to the work done in PR 41179. I don't see a way to delete this issue, so leaving this comment.
