Latest Posts Block: Set color on post data and post author

What problem does this address?

Themes need a way to control the color of the post date and post author sections of the Latest Post block.

What is your proposed solution?

We could add support for colors to this block so that they can be modified by theme.json.

Is the suggestion to add generic color options to the whole block or to these two elements separately?

Probably both, but just adding color options for the whole block would be a good first step.
