Column block - Removing the column layout without removing content

What problem does this address?

I'd like to be able to remove the columns layout without removing the content. This is really frustrating and I did not understand well how it works at first so, I've created columns in columns… No way to deactivate the columns whereas we can ungroup groups, we can't uncolumn columns.

What is your proposed solution?

Add a button to remove the columns layout just like the group layout with the "Ungroup" option.

@juliemoynatPro that's an interesting request and whilst you can change type to group all that does is 'wrap' the column in group. I would also expect that to remove columns and make it all a group. I am going to add a few labels for others to add thoughts, because to me this could be useful.

I think this is a good idea and will improve what @karmatosed mentions: that right now, "transforming to group" doesn't transform anything, it just groups blocks.

In this case, I can imagine "transform to group" having the following effect:

Before	After
Columns └ Column     └ Paragraph └ Column     └ Paragraph	Group └ Paragraph └ Paragraph

The downside to this approach is the wrapping behavior is currently the default one, so this change would be an exception. The positive aspect is that this wouldn't require any change to the UI.
