What problem does this address?

#53378 added a way to disable layout support on specific blocks in theme.json. It uses the allowEditing property, which was already part of layout, to do so.

It would be great to have a way to disable a whole support (such as color or typography) with a single line.

What is your proposed solution?

allowEditing could be used for this purpose across all block supports.
