Details block should toggle in editor side also

What problem does this address?

The Details Blocks should also toggle on click to show/hide the content like we have in the frontend.

Add toggle js in editor side also

@carolinan can you speak to what the intended functionality is? In this issue, one can't toggle the details block and in this issue #54551 folks want the option to expand more than one at a time. Trying to figure out if there's a bug here :D

The block is always open in the editor when it is selected because otherwise it would be difficult to edit the content.
