[OSS101] Task 7: find the influential developers and repositories in Github open source community

The aim of this task to fine out the most influential developers and repositories in Github open source community. The core of the task is to collect and construct a dataset and build an influence maximization model. The seed node and custom propagation algorithm must be explained clearly in the finnal report. You can compare your algorithm with other influence maximization model(such as independent cascade model) to prove your advantage. After you get the result of influential developers and repositories, you can conduct the data mining experiment to analysis the insight of dynamic trend of open source ecology.

The relevant code and dataset for this task need to be provided in the repository.
