No log file when submission fails

I notice that when using batchq to submit jobs, when the job submission fails (maybe due to limited resources etc.), batchq still outputs "Your log is located at: xxxxxxx", but actually the log file is not generated at all. Can we add some interface to check if the job submission is successful before printing anything?
