XRTK - Mixed Reality Toolkit Bug Report

Describe the bug

Unity console gets spammed with the following error while the project is running

"Axis is not defined" (Note, no axis mentioned)

To Reproduce

Create a project for OpenVR and run

Expected behavior

No errors and it should work?

Actual behavior

Error spam

Your Setup (please complete the following information)

  • Unity Version 2019.1.4
  • XRTK Version 0.1.18

Target Platform (please complete the following information)

  • OpenVR

Additional context

Only showed up in 0.18 post the controller mapping update #312

Resolved by #319
