1，下载最新版本，解压。
2，运行bat文件，让XXNET运行起来。
3，重新部署appid
4，将部署后的appid粘贴到配置里即可。

一开始有100个有效ip，后来一直降低到38个，我以为完蛋了，但是又慢慢升到50个，发帖时升高到80个。看起来还是有效的。

其实，就是完全重新安装一次XX-NET。

我用的dns是8.8.8.8和8.4.4.4，谷歌的，上面有人说和这个有关系，顺便提一下。

买了钢笔的，刚发完帖子，，就又不行了，ip迅速下降直到0。

我用的dns是8.8.8.8和8.4.4.4

用的 https://github.com/chengr28/Pcap_DNSProxy 安装运行时退出XX-Net 释放53端口
导入 IP #11800 (comment)
开机、随时启动XX-Net 一直正常
