过一两个小时，就连接尚未建立，重启xxnet就又可以

貌似没有关闭”自动调整扫描线程数“？并适当增加最大扫描线程数
动手试试：#12030 (comment)

Win32系统3.13.1隧道简单操作几乎启动即正常稳定 #12043
