Hi,

I have a question regarding how the sashimi plots are generated and what the numbers above the exon junctions represent.

I don't understand how the numbers on the sashimi plot correspond to the inclusion and skipping junction counts (IJC1, IJC2 etc.) given in the output spreadsheet (shown below)

How are the IJC and SJC counts calculated from the raw RPKM counts?
