Show live channels. Start stream with streamlink

Issue :
I am rarely, if ever, interested in joining chats of channels that aren't live. Also, I usually want to watch the stream I'm chatting in.

Solution :
Change list of followed to list of followed that are currently streaming.
Start stream in streamlink when selecting a channel. Stops stream upon opening another stream, or closing twt

I've made the necessary code changes to achieve this, but some things are quite hacky. I can submit a PR we can review and refine together if these are changes you're interested in.
