Proxy doesnt start

Hello there,

recently i had a problem where the proxy didnt start at all after clicking on start "proxy". You said that it was probably caused by the firewall, but i couldnt fix the issue. I discovered something new:

This is what happens, when i start the proxy and dont accept the windows confirmation instead of clicking on "yes".

Is this relevant or rather can you help me fix the problem? I would love to use the exporter again, but currently it just doenst work.
