Language Selection Missing - Stuck in French #40

When installing the 1.9.2~ynh3 package on Yunohost, there is a field "Select Language." Clicking on the drop down shows no language options.

Now it is stuck in French and I see no way to change it.

This is fixed in #39 it just needs to be merged.
