Description
Outstanding rewards don't always return in the same order as getRewardTokens.
This is currently causing AURA and BAL reward numbers to be swapped in the UI.
This changes the getTokenBalancesPerPosition function to map over the reward balances in the same order getRewardTokens returns them and return balances in the same order they're displayed in getTokenDefinitions
