Hi Joel, thanks for the note - I unfortunately don't plan to support Windows phone - in addition to not having the environment or devices (which can be resolved), I also don't have the time right now to add a new platform. At this stage, therefore, I'm not in a position to even make a 'possibly in future' commitment. Sorry about that.

As this is an opensource project you can fork it and change it to work. I
believe Ionic supports all devices.
Other option is open an bounty and put some money there, so anyone
interested in the reward can make it for you(and everybody).

ionic has only recently announced w10 support (http://blog.ionic.io/announcing-ionic-1-2/). However, that is not sufficient on its own. the plugins I use with cordova also need to be supported in windows.
