Application on Linux 64 ( ubuntu 16.04 on some chinese brand tablet with gsl1680 touchscreen driver )
I cannot scroll events up and down, even though i can drag&drop items on desktop etc. it happens everywhere in GUI
What is wierd is that i can actually scroll ( swipe ) left and right on event list

It might not be possible for me to debug this if it only happens on some specific tablet. But lets make sure you post everything I need to debug - in this case, hit Ctrl+Alt+D see if you are able to catch any logs on the debug window

but nothing interesting in regards to touch or scrolling in the logs :(
what is wierd is that i can scroll sideways to showup menu or flag event but cannot scroll down or up :(

try disabling native transitions (dev options), save, then exit the app. Not sure if that will help - just a guess.

it is available on android app, but not on linux desktop one

Sorry - this is only for android/ios. Did not notice this is an ubuntu tablet. I am unfortunately out of ideas and don't quite know how to debug this.

btw, is it possible to just simply add a scrollbar ?

Unfortunately not - the app framework I use handles touch and scrolling

i opened the app in firefox, scrolling works perfect , but cant connect to zm server..
update: i got it working using touchegg - not that i like it but it works ! :)
