iOS has deprecated UIWebView

Things to be done:

migrate HTTP to native to avoid CORS, implement web/native wrapper ✅
migrate websockets to native ✅
allow arbitrary loads in web AND self-signed ✅ (needs AUTH_HASH_IP)
display warning about AUTH_HASH_IP ✅
