Sorry, please install pip before using Belati

• Pip version pip 21.0.1
  Hi guys i have this problem, every requirements and installation is already satisfied but when i'm trying run " python Belati.py"

I've already done this :

pip install --upgrade pip

Requirement already satisfied: pip in /usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages (21.0.1)

but the error still keeps popping up.

The tool is intended for python 2.6 so wont work unless you do a downgrade
