I have a GPD Win 3 with the Intel 1165g7 chip. I'm running Bazzite 3.7.0. I installed Decky Loader, and installed the latest version of Simple TDP. I can open the plugin from Decky Loader, and I'm able to change the TDP and power settings, but changing them has no change to performance, it doesn't seem to be applying.

I checked, and I am using the Intel pstate driver.

Intel TDP control is still experimental, and it was only really tested on the MSI Claw. It sounds like the method for setting TDP on the 1165g7 isn't the same as setting TDP on the MSI Claw. 🤔

same problem with the win 2
in this case the sljder only shows tdp of 4 and 4,5??

SDTDP is using the TDP limits reported by the hardware itself so if you're seeing 4 and 4,5, that's probably what the system is actually reporting in /sys 😓

I don't have any older intel devices to troubleshoot/fix this issue, so I can't do much right now.

The only reason why there's support for the MSI Claw is because another dev with an MSI Claw helped with tracking down bugs.

It's unfortunate that setting TDP seems to be different on newer vs older Intel chipsets, I have no way to troubleshoot or figure out a fix.
