Continuation of #2248.
By third phase, I mean the phase where macOS finalises the update/installation. The 2nd reboot when doing an update. Text in verbose clearly talks about recoveryOS, but RunningInstallerRecovery is not set.
It is causing an issue with NRed as per usual, as it injects the acceleration personalities if it's a normal boot.
I'm uncertain of whether I'm able to get an ioreg or dmesg at this stage, and I am also unable to reproduce this anymore as I let the machine run for too long and it timed out, causing the update to complete
