Add support for F# in code blocks.

F# support has been added to highlight.js since highlight.js was last updated, so it should simply be a matter of updating highlight.js?

I'm closing this issue, as a duplicate of #59. Go take a look at that issue, and the link to the Highlight.js Google Group -- I pinged the Highlight.js maintainer again. Maybe there'll be better news this time.

But if it doesn't get updated soon... I might pull a new version of it anyway and try to get it past Mozilla review (and roll it back if they won't accept it). It's been a whole year since the last Highlight.js release.
