CSDGM import throws ReferenceError: uuidV4 is not defined

Issue

Importing a CSDGM file causes the editor to display an error message ReferenceError: uuidV4 is not defined and does not import the record.

Steps to recreate

• download CapeHatteras_NWI_2012_original.xml to local drive
• Open editor and go to "Import" screen
• Import the above XML file

Observed behavior

• The XML file is posted to the specified translator API by the editor
• The editor receives valid mdJSON from the API as a writerOutput element
• The above error is displayed and the record is not imported into the editor
• The behavior is observed with both the https://api.sciencebase.gov/mdTranslator/api/v3/translator and https://dev-mdtranslator.mdeditor.org/api/v3/translator API's
• The browser console does not throw any errors
• Performing the above with the production editor (v1.2.1, https://go.mdeditor.org) successfully imports the XML file.
