The metadataInfo.metadataIdentifier should be written to the sbJSON identifiers[] property when the namespace is not = "gov.sciencebase.catalog". Currently, any non-SB metadataIdentifier is not written to the sbJSON at all. Only identifiers in resourceInfo.citation.identifier are included.

Need this patched ASAP.
