sbJson reader should not import short abstract #163

ScienceBase creates the short abstract from the first 300 characters of the full abstract. Do not import the short abstract when reading sbJson into the mdTranslator. see issue adiwg/mdEditor#145.

Also removed short abstract export from sbJson writer.
