Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Chrome and open some tabs
  2. Launch Brackets
  3. Open an HTML file
  4. Click the lightning bolt or select File > Live Preview
  5. Wait a few seconds until the "Relaunch Chrome" dialog appears.
  6. Select "Relaunch Chrome"

Results:
Chrome is relaunched, but all the tabs opened in step 1 are closed unless the user has "Continue where I left off" selected for "On startup" preferences.

Expected:
Should restore the previous settings. This can be done by passing --restore-last-session when launching Chrome.
