the epsagon integration could be done on each adapter target, or individually by the actions like today.

if it's done in the adapter, it would be transparent for the actions but also make it difficult to use different configuration.

if it's done in the actions, we need to create an universal-api epsagon integration, i.e. directly contributing to https://github.com/epsagon/epsagon-node. they restructured their api quite a bit, maybe it's possible to write an integration externally.
