Support nominal data for both X/Y axes at the same time for Line & Bar & Area Charts

Provide a general summary of the feature here

Currently for line, bar and area charts, nominal data can be only either X axis or Y axis. There might be the use case where user wanted to have nominal type for both axes.

Alternatively, a "Heatmap" chart type can be created that serves the same visualization goal

This feature is needed for migrating the UDD charts to use RSC.
