This is getting stuck on the lack of armv7l docker machines. We no longer have the permanent scaleway machine. It probably goes without saying, but #2038 would assist with this.

I've brought up https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/computer/test-sxa-armv7l-ubuntu1804-odroid-1/ again and that should sdtart to resolve the backlog...

@karianna has deleted some of the backlog of jobs so there is no longer a queue here. However the latest on failed, so there may be a risk with the reliability of this job overall that we will need to address. But I'll close this one for now.
