github-texify is pretty useful, but would be so much better if it worked with github wiki. Is it possible to make texify watch my repositories wiki and do the same thing to .tex.md files there?

I right click on the generated image using my web browser while looking in my github repo, copy the image url, and then paste it as an image in the wiki page. It works for me. I guess I just wish the image names were as obvious as the *.md names, so I wouldn't have to open the md first to figure out which image goes with which tex file.
