A biblioteca do react e algumas outras estão desatualizadas, seria interessante usar a ultima versão disponível.
Bibliotecas a serem atualizadas:

-react
-react-test-render
-react-dom
-react-router-dom

Manter as bibliotecas atualizadas

solução proposta ou API

Utilizar o comando 'yarn upgrade-interactive --latest' e atualizar individualmente as bibliotecas, validando se há breaking changes
