Symlink creation needs privilege elevation on Windows #6

Symlinks can be created on Windows, but an elevated privilege or the enabled developer mode is required to do so, which is annoying. Currently only the code below involves symlink creation.

Line 31 in 3f23d82

idd_file.symlink_to(cf._config["schema_energyplus"])

Consider changing this to copy instead.
