The idea is just hold on to the last sort setting for each top group view. Or maybe for any level in a given hierarchy?
My use case is that when in top group "issues" I usually sort by added time. When viewing series->issues, I'd sort by publish date (or issue number if that was an option). When viewing publishers, I generally want alpha.
Maybe this adds too much complex behavior for the user? Just spitballing ideas.
