One of the dependencies for this program (PyQt6) can't be installed, as it is apparently incompatible with Python versions greater than 3.9 (I'm running 3.11). Can you please specify the version of Python that this application was built with?

better to just release a flatpak or AppImage version. If you look at the dockerfile in the repo, the dev is building on Ubuntu 19.10 which is insane in 2023 or 2024.
