Mission blacklist isn't working consistently - Legion class halls

I've recently started using the Legion class hall mission boards and I'm supposed to have all but 2 particular missions blacklisted but sometimes there's one mission in the list that should be blacklisted that looks like it's active. However, it doesn't look the same as the others when hovering... most missions when hovering show additional details like mission expiration time, show the blacklist status, etc. The affected mission only shows the name, how many followers are in the mission and the affixes that have to be countered. Nothing else. As I scroll up and down the list the affected mission changes which makes me think it's some sort of an index issue. It's cosmetic but I'd like to see it fixed, thanks.
