Can't find the installer download

I know Github is for developers, and I really appreciate the work that has been, and is being, put into this project, but would it be so hard to make an installer release every few months for those of us who want to check out the current state of the project without installing a bunch of MS dev tools? I can and will contribute, eventually, but right now it would be nice to quickly check compatibility with my hardware. Thanks for reading!
