When organizing my PS3 files, I usually try to delete the "BDISO" and "DVDISO" folders, but when I refresh the XML they are recreated. Is it possible to permanently remove those folders?
On another note, would it be possible to change the file directory for the location of PS3 games? Thanks in advance!

These directories always are created on the HDD. In a future build I could try to include a way to skip these folders.
The scanned paths are fixed.
/PS3ISO, /ROMS/PS3ISO or /PS3/PS3ISO (exFAT/NTFS only) for PS3 ISOs.
/GAMES or /GAMEZ for PS3 games in folder format
/GAMEI for PSN games extracted to USB drives
